Herman Gonzalez is an executive at a Fortune 50 company in the information technology industry.  He lives in Texas with his wife and two children.  He grew up in Central America but attended school in the US on an academic scholarship.  After moving back and forth between his home country and the US and after his family started growing, he and his wife decided to settle in the US.  He is a devoted student of topics related to human behavior, leadership and the pursuit of happiness.

Herman has always had a passion around coaching and many people seek his opinions about how to develop professionally, how to raise better children and how to approach their married life.  Since his ideas have always been well received, he decided to start sharing them more broadly.

Most of his ideas are centered around something he calls The String Theory and the thoughts behind it, will be shared in this blog.

In summary, he spends a significant amount of time thinking about how to live a better life and testing those ideas at home, at work, and with friends.
